So I was away for a few days and just went and read the Truth or Dare thread and looked at the Hey Stranger one too. First of all, that was the best thing that happened to me all day, no joke. Second of all, I'm glad I finally understand the potato references. You ladies crack me up.
I hope each of us can recognize a satirical new thread when it is posted.
I don't want to be left out of creating new threads. Just because I know how to Google.
I was really hoping your new thread was going to be a super passive aggressive post about the magic of using Google/TB's search function. But it made me giggle nonetheless haha.

I want you guys to know that today I ALSO completed writing curriculum for supervisors on mentoring and wrote a complete class on the negotiating process as designed by William Ury, author of Getting to Yes. I also also ate 3 Taco Bell supreme tacos and one order of nachos supreme. So, shrug.

@palisson You are amazing. Also, I really like that book. That and getting past no.
I have to write a class on Getting Past No and The Power of a Positive No next! I'm stoked.
I really liked International Negotistions and Negotating with the Devil too. More applicable to the IR but still might have some cool stuff in it. You know, you can read it in all the free time in between creating kick ass threats, working, and growing and getting ready for a baby
That sucks @MsBeachNJ that neither of those two dresses were flattering on. They look so nice in the pics! Good luck in your search and keep us posted!
Happy World Down syndrome Day from me and baby girl! She and I are celebrating by her kicking me endlessly in the ribs I guess... Today is 3/21 so they chose this day to represent the 21st chromosome having 3 copies. Please take a minute today to think about how amazing and beautiful people with Down syndrome are

THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS! I have so much love for you and your little bebe girl!
@VikingGirl12 - I have on my 3.21 shirt! I can't even express how much joy people with DS have brought into my life over the years your little girl is lucky to have you and I can imagine that she is going to bring a lot of joy, happiness and love into your lives!
My goodness you ladies were busy today! You all crack me up. And now to go eat some raw potatoes...
I love y'all. I have tears in my eyes. @candicek15 I saw that video for the first time yesterday and showed DH, he got some tears in his eyes watching it too. Such a beautiful message.
@sdLindenberg OMG I just found my first stretch marks too...on the underside of my boobs! I saw them in the mirror and was like FACK and made H double check to see if that's what they were. Although of we're being honest I've have thigh stretch marks since puberty but these are my first pregnancy related ones
@VikingGirl12 I love you and your sweet little girl thank you for sharing!!
Now I'm off to read all these threads I missed all day! Also side note I had chocolate cake and buckeye dip today. Both were amazing and I still want more dessert
Here's a funny (embarassing) antecdote for ya gals. I had to get my rhogam shot today, and I have never had to get a shot in my buttcheek before. So when the VERY attractive male nurse tells me that's where it's going and to pick a cheek, I pull my pants way too far down (not realizing it was going just a tiny bit under my maternity underwear waist band.) Poor guy got an eyefull of preggo booty! And at this point, I don't event really care. I told my husband the story, and he laughed hysterically, like I was supposed to know where a butt shot was suposed to be...humph.

Lol! So glad you posted this- now when I have to get my rhogam shot I won't pull my pants down too far! Did it hurt? I hate needles!

Omg, I hate needles too! It didn't hurt, but like I said, the guy was really cute and I was mortified, so maybe I just didn't notice?

That's where my new ones are too. Sigh.
