Anyone else always cold?!

I've always run a little on the cold side, but since I got pregnant I've been FREEZING all the time! Granted, the weather's gotten colder, but I live in Southern CA where 'cold' is 65 degrees. At 8 weeks my OB checked my thyroid and iron and all blood work was ok. She wasn't concerned about my temp and assured me it would change later. The only thing that's changed is now I'll usually wake up around 10 or 11pm burning up under blankets and then I'll cool down until morning when I start freezing again. I'm not too concerned, but definitely going to mention it again at next appt. Anyone else have weird body temps like this? I thought pregnancy made you feel warmer.

I'm planning on mentioning this at my next appointment because I am always freezing. I'm sleeping under three duvets, I have a warm bath almost every day, my house is heated 5 degrees higher than normal even though temperatures are well above seasonable. I read somewhere that pregnant women are most susceptible to chills/draft so perhaps that's it.

Sounds like me! Every day at some point I have to take a bath to warm up and it's starting to dry out my skin. DH always tries to turn down the thermostat when I'm not looking (like I won't notice! lol). We have an old house so it's already a little drafty. I'm sure it's nothing to be concerned over, but good to know it's not just me!

I have gotten like this every time I've been pregnant. I usually run warm and hate having heaters on. But during my first tri I am always freezing. Luckily it's starting to wear off for me which is good for our power bill

I am always freeeeeezing during my first trI. My dr said its normal due to hormones but always checked my blood just in case.

It drives my husband crazy because I'm always turning up the heat. I also sleep with a big duvet and additional covers at night to stay warm. Can't wait until this passes.

I am the exact opposite during my pregnancies! I'm usually cold when I'm not pregnant but as soon as I get pregnant, I run really hot. My belly is like a big furnace. It's totally ridiculous. Last time I was pregnant, I was wearing flip flops and using a/c in December.

First pregnancy I was usually hot.  This pregnancy I am usually cold.

I'm freezing but we keep our house cold because our dog is huge and just had surgery so we want him to be comfortable.  As a result, I sleep under three comforters.

Me and I hate it!! Doesn't help that is crazy cold out here in San Diego when it's never normally this cold lol.

I'm not particularly cold but my feet are freezing! I usually HATE socks but find myself wearing them all the time now. I heard cold feet is an OWT for a boy so we shall see...

Raises hand I'm always freezing too I've been wearing a plush robe around the house this whole pregnancy. I'm ready for spring!

Freezing, nearly all day everyday! DH runs super hot so our place is freezing anyway, but I feel like it has gotten so much worse since I got pregnant. Fuzzy pants, sweatshirts, and blankets for the win.

Ditto!  ALWAYS cold!  My hands and feet feel like popsicles 24/7.  I keep a heater and a blanket at my desk at work and sleep with comforter and several blankets at night. I find myself taking steaming hot baths every night and complaining that the water is not hot enough to warm me up.  DH just laughs because I am always cold, but it has gotten worse.

Yes! I usually run very hot & im chilly WAY more often. I'm in SoCal too & this weather is making me FREEZE.... Not a good sign considering our Babymoon is in Iceland
