I'm not sure what it would be categorized as (legally speaking) but it's abuse.   Plain and simple.

OH!

If its a child, then I think it should just be labeled as Child Abuse with the death penalty given as punishment.

But a lawyer would probably say molestation.

it doesn't matter what it is catagorized as....you need to report it if you know it is happening to someone and get that someone some help!

Absolutely deviant and dangerous.  Depending on where you live it could be considered sexual interference or worse.

 

I can't believe this question is out of the blue.  If you know this has happened, you need to stop it and report it right now.

agree, dont know the technical name for the crime (probably depends on the state and the charges chosen by DA/court) but it's absolutely abuse and is some sort of sexual misconduct.
