Goodbye Ladies!

Saturday night I started spotting light pink with no cramps. It went away after about an hour. I woke up Sunday to cramping and very light spotting, it was off and on all day. Monday I woke up to excruciating pain and spotting still very slightly, they sent me home from the ER & said HCG levels were perfect & the pain was caused by an ovarian cyst that burst. I went home feeling so relieved. Had my first ultrasound yesterday and there was no baby. The bleeding has picked up this morning, ive started passing clots & tissue. I never imagined it would be THIS hard so early on. I wish you all luck and happiness with your pregnancies. Im not sure if I could try again for fear of going through this a second time.

I went through that in October at 5 weeks and it really is a difficult thing to endure. Take time to mourn the loss, and don't be afraid to reach out to the loss groups here on thebump. They're a HUGE help.

Sorry for your loss. It doesn't get easier or less scary but I can tell you from experience one loss won't mean a guaranteed repeat loss. Some people choose to quit trying but if you choose to try again you can go to your doctor and ask them to see if they can find out what could have caused it. Thoughts and prayers with you.
