Okay okay. First of all, if you don't know what ASMR is, let me warn you. Its a little, unconventional. You may find it weird, stupid, or both, and that's totally okay. If you're a bit more open minded, stick with me a second.
Asmr has a wiki page and I could link it except I'm on my phone and can't do anything useful on my phone ever, and it stands for something sensory something response.
Long story short, though, its...the "tingle" up the back of your head and spine when say, someone plays with your hair or touches your ear.
I've seen a lot of people here have issues with anxiety, restlessness, sleeplessness, etc, and I think for some of you, this might be worth looking into.
YouTube has built up a huge Asmr community that makes videos that specifically are meant to relax you and to trigger the "tingly" response, which is very pleasurable. It is not sexual.
Asmr trigger videos are videos of people taking softly or whispering, many who use a binural microphone, and the videos include tapping, rustling of paper, crinkling, playing with water, etc. Some include "role play" videos which may send you to the spa or to get a haircut, meant specifically to trigger the viewer with these pleasurable tingles.
Some people do not find them interesting or relaxing and that's OK. Many people have never even felt the tingles up the back of your head. The tapping and mic sounds are weird and even annoying to some, but I love it. I find it very relaxing as well, even if I don't get tingles.
It helps me sleep at night, right away and a nice deep sleep. The quiet talking is very soothing.
Anyway I wanted to share it because I thought some of you may be open minded enough to give it a shot or at least do some more research. Like I said there is a wiki page, but on Youtube my favorites are ASMR requests and Gentle Whispering.
Its really helped a lot recently with some nervousness and helped me sleep sounder.I'll try to add links later.

Links, as promised!
My triggers are hair and face. So I could watch a video of someone brushing someones hair for 20 minutes and fall straight asleep. Its certainly unconventional, but whatever works!

I love Whispers Red- and a Gentle Whispering hair wash was the first video to ever give me the tingles.
Plus it's like we have an influx of very anxious people on this thread who could certainly use some calming down.
