Pelvic Pain? (XP)

I'm a STM and already experiencing some pain and aching in my pelvis like I did further along in my pregnancy last time around. Isn't it too soon for my pelvic bones to be moving? Is anyone else experiencing this already? I'm 14w1d for mobile users that can't see my ticker.

I am a STM - I started noticing a slight (I mean really slight) discomfort at 16 weeks and at 18 weeks it started getting uncomfortable.  Since about 20 weeks (I am 23w5d today), it's been full on hip pain all day every day.

Very typical for STM pelvic pain to start way early.  Your body has done this before so it gets thrown into gear a lot sooner.  I've found warm baths help a lot.

I am a first time mom and at 14 weeks I thought I just pulled a muscle now I'm 19 weeks and my pubic bone and groin area are killing me. I can't roll over stand up put on pants or spread my legs too wide without being in excruciating pain. Online it says there's really nothing you can do about it, is this true ? I'm dying !!): I know I must sound like a baby but it really does hurt like A LOT !!):

I've gotten more aches and pains earlier and earlier with each pregnancy. Totally normal.

It definitely could be. They started for me this week (18 weeks). It's more of an annoyance right now. Nothing near the pain I had towards the end last time. Just hoping that it doesn't progress to that sooner since they started sooner.

@mrsguzman1002 Maybe ask your OB or MW about spinningbabies.com exercises. They're mostly for ideal fetal positioning, but my midwife recommended the ones under "for pregnancy" - "daily" to fix some early pelvic and lower back pain I had. It might just be me but it resolved really quickly! I do them daily and then some of the weekly ones whenever I get that "stretched out" feeling. Hope you feel better soon!

I'd suggest looking into pregnancy stretches or yoga. I personally am just starting physical therapy but I had sciatic and piriformis issues before but it's mainly stretching based. Baths are also wonderful if you have a tub to ease and relax the muscles :)Hope you feel better soon!
