Cramping post MC?

I miscarried natural at home Dec 2. I bled lightly for exactly 7 days (til dec 9) and then started to feel mostly normal again. In the last couple days I have had some lower abdomen soreness/cramping. Is this common? Should I be concerned about infection? I'm just looking for others experiences I suppose as this was my first MC.

Hcg tests and ultrasound will confirm if you got everything out. If all was emptied, could be your body getting back on a schedule and you are having ovulation cramping. I have had it every cycle for a few years now, but I have read people experiencing acute ovulation pain for the first few cycles after miscarriage. I would make sure you are cleaned out, especially if the cramps worsen, there is blood, if there is any foul smelling discharge or you start getting a fever. Good luck, and I'm sorry for your loss. @decoycandy thanks, I've been wondering if it could have been ovulation cramping as Ive never ever experienced that before but even as of today I don't feel any thing...
