If this were a weekday, I wouldn't bother posting here and would just call my doctor. Unfortunately, it happened last night (Friday) and I'm not sure this warrants an emergency call!
Last night I was laying on the couch and my ~40 lb. puppy jumped across me. She landed with one leg on my lower stomach/uterus area. It hurt, but not a huge deal. It wasn't until a few minutes later that I realized I was having light aches from the stop she landed on. Those lasted on and off all evening. Kind of like a bruised feeling (not from touching though, just a light ache every 30 mins or so). Not enough to wake me during the night.
This morning, I've felt it a little again, though less so. No spotting, bleeding, or any other cramps or symptoms.
I'm 13.5 weeks.
Would you be concerned about this? I tend to over-worry, and so I thought your opinions would be helpful. I have my 14 week appointment on Tuesday, if it makes any difference.
Thanks so much for reading. My paranoid-self appreciates it.

However, I would still call on Monday so that you will have peace of mind and maybe get to see your baby on ultrasound or hear baby's heartbeat!
Hope you feel better soon!
Update on me - all aches were gone by last night. No other symptoms have developed. I'm feeling confidant that all is well, and excited to reach the 14 week mark and have my next appointment on Tuesday! I don't know that this will be the case, but I like to think that once I reach 14 weeks, I will be able to rest a little easier. Fingers crossed!
