Grow spurts!!!?

Hello my baby is 10 weeks tomorrow and since yesterday she's been wanting to eat every 1 1/2 hour! She eats 4 oz and she has not been wanting to take naps! And at the end of the day she's fussy .. I just want to know if any of you know if this is a grow spurt

My baby is 10 weeks and I think going through the same thing. She's been sleeping pretty well, but the last couple days she has been VERY fussy, eating a lot, and doesn't want to be put down. Hopefully it is just a growth spurt and will pass soon!
