IUI Success Tips

Today I started letrozole for cd 5-9. My US is scheduled for Tuesday 12/22 then depending on those results, 2nd IUI possibly on 12/24 Christmas Eve. I was wondering if anyone had any tips for success? I've read about ladies taking robitussin for a few days before....and also the pineapple trick.....I'm open for all suggestions and will probably try anything....lol

    Not sure there's much you can do, but I know the feeling of wanting to have more control over helping it succeed!  I did acupuncture during 2 of my IUI cycles, which was at minimum relaxing.  My acupunturist suggests taking it easy for a few days after the IUI--she says do what you would do if you had a cold (rest, watch TV on the couch, etc.) and then back to normal.  GL!
