Terrible gas

My 7 week old has awful gas. I have been doing the baby gas drops before each feeding for the last week as recommended by my pediatrician but it doesn't seem to be helping. It's always about an hour after she eats. She will have a burst of crying and kick out her legs then be completely calm, then a burst of crying and kick out her legs, then calm, etc. it is even waking her up at night. Bicycling her legs doesn't seem to do anything for her and I also tried a bath which didn't help. Any other suggestions? I feel bad for the girl!

Is it maybe something you're eating? My LO was getting terrible gas that would keep her up at night out of nowhere and I eventually realized it was these new fig bars that I had been eating. As soon as I cut then out of my diet she went back to normal!

I've been trying to think of a consistent food or type of food that correlate with her worst days but I haven't found anything!

We use gas drops in every bottle and that helps some. I have found that tummy Tim helps her get the gas out. She doesn't like it, but it helps.

My little girl was constipated and would cry and kick and we had to start using miralax in one bottle per day. She also has reflux and is now on Zantac, but since we started those two things, she still has a lot of gas, but gets it out easier.

Try the windi by nose Frida works wonder to get the gas out!

I'm in the same boat, gas all the time and I already avoid dairy, gluten, soy, and legumes.
