Pregnancy post WLS

Just curious if anyone here is pregnant after a weight loss surgery? I had WLS in July and technically wasnt "supposed" to get pregnant for 18 months... Oops. I didn't plan this pregnancy, in fact we tried to prevent pregnancy. But what's meant to be will be obviously. I'm happy but at the same time worried. It's hard for me to eat much at all. I spoke to my surgeon and my obGyn and both said I should be fine as long as I make sure I eat often and stay hydrated and take my vitamins...
I also have a 9 year old and a 16 month old... So this is gonna be quite a ride .
