Pubic Bone Itch

Hi everybody.. hope your all well... just a quick question.. i suffer from dermatitas on my pubic bone area and it has gotten unbearable now to the point i must be scratching during the night as i can tell in the morning... just wondering if anybody had this and if the itching the pubic area can harm the baby... i am 6 weeks 3 days PG... ☺ thanks guys... best wishes to all...
