Hi- my husband and I spent the weekend in Vegas (a trip planned before we got pregnant). I did my best to stay away from people directly smoking next to me/took breaks to get fresh air, but we did spend a few hours each day (2 days) gambling in the casino, surrounded by smoke (our clothes ended up smelling like smoke). Overall I eat pretty healthy, have been taking prenatals since 4 mos before we conceived and this is our first. I'm scared the secondhand smoke did damage to our baby- anyone know how much is enough to do damage- is it prolonged/regular exposure or is a couple days like this enough? We have our first u/s this weekend, will be 6 wks preg in two days. Feeling really scared/guilty right now- any support/advice would be appreciated.
