I love Mae for a first name but my only hesitation is it rhymes with our surname but the syllables are different! Mae Holloway. Is it too much?

I grew up with a rhyming first and last name, and did not love the comments I would get "oh your name sounds like a weather girl!" Or the constant observation "aww your name rhymes". I also had the same initials. But, I have to admit, now that I'm married... I kind of miss my cheesy rhyming name.
