sudden pain across lower back

I am 5/6 weeks pregnant and just bent over and noticed a sharp pain across my lower back. I didn't lunge or do anything crazy to pull something...Ideas?

My lower back, left side, hurts a lot this morning--like I pulled a muscle. It's hard to bend over without it feeling like it will spasm. I'm assuming I slept on it weirdly.

Sometimes I get random pains like that. Since they are short-lived, I'm not worried. If it's persistent, I would call your doctor
