Ingrown hair in scar

I have an ingrown hair in my scar line. Has anybody had them and have a good way to deal with them? It's driving me crazy!

    Girl.....when you know, let me know....I had a classical c-section and the area below my belt line looks HORRIBLE because that is where a previous stretch mark had been and the two sides of the scar didn't heal at all and there is a HUGE red scar....I don't know what to do with hair there because I can't shave it....HELP!
