Chorionic bump?

Has anyone else had or heard of a chorionic bump?

I am just over 7 weeks pregnant and I've had two ultrasounds already. Since my last pregnancy ended in a missed miscarriage they wanted an earlier ultrasound this time around. I was reassured at my last ultrasound (last Friday) that everything is fine... the baby's heartbeat was 124 and everything else is developing normally.

However, I got a call today that I need to go back again this week for my 3rd ultrasound because of a chorionic bump showing on the scan, so I'm just curious if anyone has heard of this? From what I have seen online it seems rare so it has me worried! We are hoping, wishing, and praying that this baby sticks.
