Soon to be four 2 and under breastfeeding twins together

I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant with twins and I have a 2 and a 1 year old can anyone give me different positions to breastfeed the twins at the same time and the best pillow for that

    I think my breast friend has a twin pillow.
