Snoring!

Hi,

I am in LA, and currently pregnant (5 months) and my snoring is terrible, I have spoke to my doctor who advised that it is because of my pregnancy. Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do? My doc said to buy a mouthpiece, are they any good? I found this site based in LA and getting either one of these: https://www.snorebore.com/snorerx-review/ or https://www.snorebore.com/zquiet-review/ as I have seen them advertised a lot.

i experiment with the sleeping positions and it helps in minimizing the snoring problem
