yeast rash

Two weeks ago, my 4 month old started getting a rash, so we immediately switched him out of cloths and into disposables.  After a week of unsuccessful treatment with regular creams, we realized it was probably a yeast rash, and treated him for that.  The rash is practically gone at this point, so now I'm wondering how long until it's safe to go back into the cloths?  And the cloths were all washed in a hot-heavy wash - do they need further treatment?  If any yeast survived the wash, would it still be a threat two weeks later?  I'm obviously a newbie!  Thanks in advance!

Add a 1/4 cup of bleach to a hot wash, and rinse to get rid of the bleach smell.
