How to get soft flanges for pump?

My insurance company offers a hygeia brand breast pump. I looked up the model and it has the same hard plastic flanges that I used with my first. They were pretty uncomfortable.

Does anybody know if you can buy the soft silicone flanges from another breast pump and use them interchangeably?

Any ideas?

I don't know anything about silicone over, but on the advice from someone else, I started putting coconut oil on the open part of the flange that touches my breast and areola, definitely helps eliminate that pinching feeling.
