Starting period after D&C...is it provera?

Hi ladies! I had a d&c 4 weeks ago and have my follow up appointment tomorrow.  I am trying to do some research before my appointment so I have a clue as to what is going on.  The doctor had mentioned if I don't get my period after 6 weeks she can give me something to start it. From what I have read that is something like provera right? Clomid is to induce ovulation? Also is there anything else I should ask questions about? This is way out of my league =(  Thanks guys!

Provera is to start your period... Just make sure you write down all of the questions you had. I remember leaving there and realizing that I forgot to ask a lot of questions
