What to look for?

What are some of the milestones we should be looking for as baby grows? I know every baby is different in development, but what are some of the important things that could indicate issues? Like what's the latest they should roll over, be able to sit and hold their head up, how soon to give cereal/baby food, etc.. My baby is 6 weeks now so I'm curious what to look for.

These are all great questions to ask your MD.  They should be asking you questions about milestones at each appointment.  Also, I have the book "What to Expect: The First Year" and it explains what to expect each month of the first year.
