I'm not taking any risks with this pregnancy, so I haven't indulged in any wine, but my husband who never really drinks is has decided to drink ALL my wine while I am pregnant. I just make sure to take a nice good smell of it each time, hahah )
Haaha @oxsarah7ox I haven't indulged in the wine... Yet. But I have had some of SO's beer if we're out watching football. MAYBE a half a beer total each time. I just miss it so much!
@oxsarah7ox I've still been having small glasses of wine with dinner, but I wish I could just sit on the couch with a big glass of wine (or two) after a long day!
The sane person in me shuts myself up, but whenever SO drinks a beer, I want to scream at him "but I can't do that why can you!" Struggle is real, especially with the holidays.

I wish I could stay home today. I'm stressed beyond belief and really just want to spend the day napping and trying to relax. It is taking a huge toll on my body.
I had a glass of wine on sunday. I went with my SIL and MIL to a winery to do a wine glass painting thing. We got a complimentary glass and I figured I could have the tiny glass. It was sooooo good! I drank it as slow as possible to savor every sip. Smoothest dry red I've ever had lol. Or maybe I'm just jaded right now because it's been so long lol.
As far as something I wish I could do? I want to run again. I daydream about it every day. I've already started planning my training to get back to my favorite thing after DD is born. I'm going to take it slow because it will have been over a year with a MC and a pregnancy in the no running time. So I'll be gentle on my body, but the day dreamer in me would love to run a half marathon by September. There is one at a nearby winery that time of year!
I wish I could have stayed home this morning. I live in Southern Louisiana and today is actually feels like December outside!! Plus its kind of rainy and foggy! Then... My crib came in last night and I am so excited and I was H to start putting it up ASAP!
All of the wine ladies.. Is there a sweeter red wine y'all like to drink? I'm usually a muscadine wine drinker and I'd like to invest in a bottle of red. But HATE dry wines
Wish I could take maternity leave now.. I'm so tired these days and can barely be on my feet longer than a few hours, plus I'm very much in nesting phase and just want to spend the next two months cleaning this mess of a house and finishing the nursery. Damn you, money!
I'm with a couple others... I just want to be able to sleep and get out of bed without hurting so bad. I was exhausted from a VERY long work week last night, and DD was sick and decided to sleep with us. It killed me because I couldn't get comfortable.

have you tried Dulpin Black River Red? It's very sweet and so good! Always my go to when I'm not pregnant lol.
@skschnake I wish I could do that! Haha. I have been so tempted to go buy a round inner tube and try that thing where you lay with your belly in that on the ground!
I wish I could ice skate again. I was allowed to skate up to 20 weeks with a no jump/spin rule. I wish I could boot up and skate in the Christmas show this weekend, not to mention compete with jumps and spins in the works again.
Below me at 16 weeks at a charity skating show. Little did I know how soon the dr was going to take even that little bit away from me.
@Kiek Duplin is my go to for muscadine! I'll definitely try it out. Thank you!!
We used to live near the Dulpin winery when DH was stationed at lejeune. It was our favorite date day activity! Once I had the black river red I was hooked lol. But if you can ever find a bottle of Queen Ann's Revenge, that's the best! I have only found it at the winery and oncar they sent it to us because we used to be part of the Dulpin wine club.
So @dragonfly321 your starting post, does that mean you want to do Eastwood's son by posting that pic? LoL cause I could totally go for that too anyways...being in so cal I miss all our hiking spots. I just want to go hiking again with the kids and explore nature without hurting or risk of falling
I wish I could be at Disney World where the Food and Wine Festival would still be happening. There I could eat and drink everything I wanted and ride on as many rides as I wanted.
I am 27, DH is 26. We have been married since September 28, 2013. We had our first child, Zoey, February 7, 2016.
I would just like to be able to comfortably zip up my boots in the morning and unzip them at night. This is pretty much how I feel when I think about trying to touch my toes:
@acuteangles I just spread my legs open as far as possible and hope for the best lol... Now that I'm thinking, doing just that is what got me where I am today.
@acuteangles I had this conversation with a coworker today. Just putting socks on comfortable would be ideal! Sitting and doing it is useless, I have to stand up and brace myself against something. I feel like that works best. It's awful.
I am flying tomorrow and am already embarrassed for myself just thinking about having to take my shoes off and put them back on again at the security checkpoint in public view.
I wish I didn't have GD so I could have all of the sweets and other foods that go with the holiday's....also about 7 beers. I haven't had any booze since I found out I'm pregnant besides a sip of my husbands beer on my 30th birthday...I don't know how I am going to make it through the holidays without any beer or wine...or egg nog.
@upbeergirl I know it's not really the same as the loaded stuff... But you can drink store bought eggnog!!! I will be having at least a glass of wine on New Year's Eve.
I would love to have a nice hard drink after my toddler son goes to bed, since he's been fighting bedtime hard - hitting and spitting and kicking when it's time to go to bed.
Oh also! I have been CRAVING a cigarette since I got pregnant. I quit smoking 4 years ago. I wouldn't smoke even if I wasn't pregnant because I'm a huge fan of how my lungs feel when I'm not smoking. But raising a strong willed toddler....I just really wish I could have one some days. I know it's terrible...

The airports by me have done away with that so you can leave shoes on!
I Wish I could... start doing some nesting that I've been too lazy to do. Maybe stop watching Shark Tank at night (so addicting) so I can feel like I'm actually accomplishing something.
Also, I wish I could not worry about money. Especially with Christmas coming up and not working for a few months soon after on my unpaid maternity leave-ugh.
Oh and I agree about the wine. What I wouldnt give for a glass (ok let's be real - a bottle ) lol

I LOVE Offley tawny port wine. It's sweet and strong. I cannot wait to have a big 'ok glass of that after my DD is born.
I really wish I could wear my wedding rings again. I just feel naked without them and I hate judgey eyes from old ladies when I'm out with my toddler. I usually wear my first anniversary ring but sometimes I forget @Karen249 I totally feel you on the nesting thing. But keeping up with a toddler all day, potty training, working at night, and peeing 10 times a night makes me very tired and unmotivated Speaking of peeing I wish I could sleep 8-10 straight without waking up
