Copper IUD

I am 26, married and have 2 beautiful children. A 6 year old boy and a little girl that will be 8 months old tomorrow!
7 weeks after I had my daughter I had a copper IUD placed, my OB mentioned that my uterus is the longest it could be and still have an IUD placed.
My last period started on Halloween, and now I'm 3 days late... I took a pregnancy test and its positive. Obviously I will be putting in a call to my OB tomorrow morning.
I was just wondering if anyone has had a healthy, full term baby with an IUD in?

The only person I know who got pregnant with an IUD is my mom, as that's how my oldest brother came about. That was almost 40 years ago now though, so I'm sure their methods were different. But he is 39 and counting.

My mom told me this use to be kinda common with IUDs. You should call your doctor ASAP because there can be complications.
