  • What is your diagnosis, and are you being monitored?   Have you tried an OPK?

  • PCOS and semi-monitored. She does blood work but no U/S. I used an OPK for ten days and the first two days got nothing and then for the rest of the time, I had high fertility but not peak.

@clt2pwm11 OPKs aren't reliable with PCOS because of the fluctuation in hormone levels (they tend to give false positives, and sometimes not turn OPKs too). I too have PCOS and was on a monitored medicated cycle with Clomid last month and O'd on CD25. I did a double round of clomid increasing from 50 to 100 when i hadn't responded after the first dose.

Are you seeing an RE or OB? They should be able to determine if you've O'd by checking your hormone levels in your bloodwork.

GL, and BD just for the fun of it if you're unsure :-)

  • Thanks @vnegron87 I had my bloodwork done last Saturday, and I'm waiting for the hospital to send it in to the doctor's office. Usually it takes about five days for my paperwork to get there blurgh!
