So my husband was diagnosed with low morphology and we were told that it was highly unlikely that we would conceive naturally and to look into other options. My periods were irregular which made things even more difficult.
We got a list of vitamins to take from our RE, we got my DH some 'cooler' clothes to try and cool down his goods and help the morphology. We both started Whole30 because we read about the amazing health benefits, and how it can positively affect infertility and help to straighten out my periods. We kept up with this for two months. Our IUI was scheduled for in two weeks and after 14 months of trying, yesterday I found out I am Pregnant. God is good. I highly recommend Whole30 and a good vitamin regimen. Every little bit helps right? And it's all worth a try!
