I have good days and bad days. If it doesn't go away I would talk to the doctor about it. You're not alone and it's completely normal to feel down, our hormones are all over the place right now! It helps me feel better to get out of the house and do something physical, like go for a walk in the park. I hope you feel better soon mama!
As hard as it is, the best thing for depression is to force yourself to do something. Anything! Go grocery shopping, run around the house with your kid, take a walk, go out for ice cream...literally anything. Definitely talk to a professional if your depression is ongoing, because you need to be healthy not only for your children but for YOU.
