at how many months/weeks can I put baby in the jumper?

at how many months/weeks can I put baby in the jumper? some people say at 3 and ahalf months and othe between 4-6 months.. when I carry my baby he only wants to be standing up and jumping.....

It's not an age requirement. He is ready when he has the neck and trunk strength to sit in there.

My son is 15 weeks and he loves him. We waited until he could hold his up very well and was at a good length to touch the floor. We only keep him in for 20 min at a time or less. He's 17 pounds and 26" long

I think as long as baby has good head control. We're getting one for Christmas.

I read an article that said not to put them in a walker until at least 6 months. And all the ones at buy buy baby said *6 months and up* , I'm pretty sure it was the same for the jumpers but I'm not 100%.

LO will be 4 months tomorrow and has been wanting to stand a lot more lately, since he has good head control, we put him in his johnny jumper and he has no problems with it. He doesn't really bounce but he loves watching everything. We are getting him an activity walker for Christmas.

I found out L has been in a jumper/bouncer thing at DC for the last week. As soon as he was tall enough to stand in it, they put him in. He LOVES it, so I'm happy.
