R/R/CS: I was fully expecting AF yesterday after two days of major temperature dips; however this am my temp spiked to the highest it's been all cycle. I tested...BPN I temped at 2:30 and make the mistake of looking at it. I was really excited when it was so high; I couldn't go back to sleep for an hour and a half. Then when I tested I was of course disappointed. Why does my body torture me like this?!? I just want to know. I hate being teased.

GTKY: Do you have a theme picked out for future little one's nursery? I've always wanted a monkey themed nursery. I love monkeys and it can be either gender. MH has agreed after some persuading:)

A Christmas pregnancy announcement would've basically been the dream for me (you can pry my Christmas music from my cold, dead hands). And I go back to work today after a long weekend. And it's a Monday. Hey, who's dumb idea was it to test today?  I'll be ordering a period present when the witch shows up. Maybe two depending on the mood I'm in when she gets here...

On the bright side, there's an indoor skydiving place in town that we've been saying we would visit since we moved here earlier this year, and you aren't supposed to go if you're pregnant. So we're setting money aside and we'll go skydive in a tube before my next fertile week. I'm really looking forward to it.

GTKY: Yup. A cute and colorful monsters theme. Every month we don't conceive I order a tiny cute monster sculpture from Etsy to put in the someday nursery. When we finally do conceive I'll order a bigger one.

R/R/CS: ***Chart Stalk, Please!*** FF moved my crosshairs back to CD 14 today (from CD 15). I get why, with the temp shift... but CD 15 lines up much better with the OPK and CM, I think? Timing was good either way, I just don't like being confused (and part of me is worried I didn't ovulate at all, because I had one day of +OPK on CD14 last cycle too, and didn't actually ovulate until CD32!).

GTKY: Do you have a theme picked out for future little one's nursery? I don't know that I'll do a theme with this one, which is odd because I obsessed about it with DS1. Poor third children! We actually don't even know where a third would sleep at this point... though we're working on figuring that out.

Sorry to all with BFNs so far today.

@LittleMissTimeLord I like having VIP because I am obsessed with the chart gallery, and I like being able to search charts with the same timing as me. I think there is some other search criteria that you can only use if you have VIP, but that's the main one I use.

Month/Cycle: 5/5

CD/DPO: 26/10 or 9 (I still think 9 is more likely, chart attached if anyone has an opinion)

Timing: -5,-2,O or -3,-1

Testing: Well, I'm weak and like to torture myself I guess so I tested this morning, BFN. Now I know I should just wait but I doubt I'll be able to, so probably ED until AF if my temps are up.

R/R/CS: I don't know, I just feel out. I had some mild cramping last night and my temp today was almost exactly the same as last month at this time. I don't even know if that means anything, but all of that plus the BFN this morning, even though I know it's very early, is just crushing my hope. And it's Monday. I'm in a very negative thought pattern today.

GTKY: Do you have a theme picked out for future little one's nursery? No, nothing specific, but probably will do something gender neutral in case I succeed in convincing DH to have a second (third for me, I have a DS from a previous marriage).

R/R/CS: Little pissy over my bfns.  By now you'd think I'd be use to it.  DH has his SA today and I feel both relieved and completely anxious at the same time.  I'm glad that we're taking the first steps to hopefully getting me pregnant soon, but I'm nervous that the results won't be good.  I need to just chill.  Our RE appt is a week from today also, which is stressing me out.

GTKY: Do you have a theme picked out for future little one's nursery? We do.  We want to do a nautical theme with mainly octopuses and whales.   We've also considered a Space theme since DH and I are Space nerds.

@severmilli2 Fx for good results for your DH. Our first RE appointment is a week from today, too. I keep putting off filling out the paperwork in hopes that I can cancel, but I am also feeling both anxious and excited about it.

R/R/CS: ugh, my temp is back up a little today. At 15DPO (assuming O date is correct), the negative is pretty final, so I'd just like to move on. Andplusalso I'm pretty sure 16 is the max of what is considered a "normal" LP, so if AF doesn't come tomorrow, then O date must be wrong, right? I kind of want to ram my head against the wall. I'm making myself feel better by ruthlessly charting PMS symptoms so that they won't get hopes up in the future!

Nope. I'm too superstitious. No nursery themes or names until BFP (or probably trimester 2) if I'm so lucky as to get there one day. I am trying to clean out crap from the room that will hopefully be the nursery one day little by little.

R/R/CS: I just want to say that I'm so glad that I found this community to be involved with/lurk on while I was getting ready to TTC and now. Last night, I couldn't sleep and was bored, so lurked on another TTC forum and was totally appalled at what I read there. Countless posts claiming to have "pregnancy symptoms" at 3DPO, photos of clear BFNs begging other people to see a nonexistent line and worst of all, actual photos of CM for analysis (SERIOUSLY WTF). 

I actually feel pretty bad for them over there, they're just setting them up for crushing disappointment by living in a fairy tale where everyone gets IB and hopes to get a BFP testing on 3DPO. I appreciate that no one here is a bullshitter. I'd rather hear the truth, even if it's not what I wanted to hear.   

GTKY: Do you have a theme picked out for future little one's nursery? We're really into hiking/outdoor adventuring so I love the idea of a forest theme. But not just any forest - the Forbidden Forest from HP.  

@LittleMissTimeLord Love that you've been starting a collection for the nursery. It will be like a physical representation of your TTC journey for your baby. I think that's pretty special.

Hi all, I've mostly been lurking since we switched to NTNP this month, but thought I would pop in today

@severmilli2: FX for your DH's test--hope all is well and knowing that takes some stress off!

Testing: We made a last-minute trip up to visit the in-laws and attend a family funeral, and we don't get home til Tuesday night. So, I'll test Weds if AF hasn't arrived, but I'm guessing AF will be here by then

R/R/CS: I have been a bit calmer since I stopped charting all the things, and I've mostly been focusing on our move and new job next year, but now that I'm close to when AF should be here, I am SS like crazy! And I KNOW every single "symptom" could just be a part of PMS, but it is driving me a little crazy. Like @LittleMissTimeLord I'm dreaming of a Christmas announcement to our parents (probably wouldn't tell too many others that soon). And, my DH's grandma just passed away and he mentioned how excited she was to have great-grandchildren (one of his cousins has 2 kids), and that just made me feel bad because I had been hoping we'd get KU and could tell her (we knew she wasn't going to last much longer). SO, I think just being around all of the family and thinking of Christmas with all of my cousins' babies has made me a little crazy, too. 

GTKY: Do you have a theme picked out for future little one's nursery? Not really. I have some Lion King cels from when the Lion KIng DVD was released that I thought about incorporating, maybe with some other Disney prints.

@dogmomwantinghuman - is the chart you attached the correct one? Asking only because it looks like today's temp isn't the highest one of the cycle. Sorry you're feeling confused and frustrated!
@LittleMissTimeLord - *hugs* The monster sculptures sound cute, and tell me more about this period present concept... I'm thinking I need to get on that train... I also agree with @lgem4 about FF and outing the symptoms in.
@JournoGrl23 - OMG, thank you! You just reminded me that I have jury duty this week or next! I need to verify the day the next time I get up and clearly set some reminders in my calendar! Also, I'm tired just hearing that! Less than 3 hours of sleep?!

R/R/CS: I started cramping Saturday night and they got a little more intense yesterday. Woke up this am fully expecting AF, but nothing. I'm not cramping anymore, not spotting (I normally spot for a day or so before AF), and my temp is still higher than most of my post-o temps. 

GTKY: Do you have a theme picked out for future little one's nursery? I have several that I wish it were possible to combine. I love the woodland theme with the foxes and owls and will most likely end up with that since my mom started buying stuff the first time we were TTC. I really love all the geeky nurseries though and would love to have a Doctor Who, or Harry Potter theme. Also, H is a pilot and we saw the cutest aviation theme a few weeks ago that we both loved as well. It is going to be so hard to decide if/when we get a BFP.

R/R/CS: I know this isn't the case for everyone but TWW goes so much faster for me than WTO. So I am mostly content. The BSC is already creeping in though and I find myself wondering things like how will I cover up my pregnancy at my department Christmas party this weekend.. Just trying to stay calm and not get my hopes up too much.

GTKY: Do you have a theme picked out for future little one's nursery? Nope. I'm not a nursery theme kind of girl. I prefer a plain nursery and save our money for when we redecorate as a toddler room with stuff we actually know LO likes.

R/R/CS: I suppose I either didn't ovulate when FF thinks I did or my LP has changed post MC because I normally have a 12 day LP with spotting on 11DPO but I'm now 13DPO and nothing. Because with all the BFNs those are definitely more likely options than "pregnant but can't turn a +HPT" Can someone chart stalk and tell me if it looks like I O'd later than FF says I did? Otherwise I'll assume I'm now on a 14 day LP.

GTKY: Do you have a theme picked out for future little one's nursery? DH and I are planning to do a woodland theme kinda like this  or maybe this without the fairies and such. ETA: We're certainly not paying someone to paint a mural or anything. This hypothetical maybe baby has a budget! DH is great with art though and really has his mind/heart set on painting the nursery in a mural.

ETA#2: @LittleMissTimeLord I personally really enjoy having the FF VIP membership. I was able to get a very reasonable deal on it and no regrets. I'll probably buy more VIP days when it starts looking like I'll definitely need them. 70 left at the moment and I'm holding out hope I won't need to buy more since that's another 3 cycles if they keep being nice, short and normal.

@MrsDho11 I haven't tested yet, but only because my in-laws were here until yesterday afternoon, and I have no tests in the house. That made it easier not to think about it as much.  With them here we didn't want to either be sad about a neg, or not be able to tell them if pos. They are the type to tell everyone they know, and I'd never tell them before my mom anyway lol. Now that they are gone my willpower is failing quickly!

@NamelessAria  It looks like you may not have O'd until CD 14 or 15, but that would probably be the latest since you definitely have higher temps after that. It is kind of weird that you had EWCM with your high temps though...

Testing: I was originally planning on testing Friday (15DPO) but I have a feeling that this won't be our month (this is 100% gut feeling, as I haven't been temping over the weekend due to holiday travel). I wanted to test on Friday because I was planning on drinking, but now I think I'm going to skip the booze regardless of the outcome, so I think I'll wait until FF suggests testing, which is Tuesday the 8th or 19 DPO, unless of course AF shows before then, which seems pretty likely.

R/R/CS:

GTKY: Do you have a theme picked out for future little one's nursery? Definitely not. I'm incredibly cautious of making plans for things that just might not come to be. I want to get pregnant first - one step at a time!

R/R/CS: I'm only three months off BCP and still have no regulation on my cycles - so although I'd love to think that I haven't gotten AF yet because I'm pregnant, it's more a case of my PCOS kicking in and extending my cycles.   So I'm not testing again to keep the hope alive/not see that ugly whiteness show on a test.   I'm not sure which is worse - but right now I'm sticking to it.   Will test Friday if no AF though as have DH's holiday party come Saturday. 

GTKY: Do you have a theme picked out for future little one's nursery?  Haven't thought about it yet - but day dream constantly about how I'd tell DH and our parents.

R/R/CS: I feel like FF is being a little too optimistic, and I haven't really O'd yet.  The last time I went off BC (12-week pill both then and now), my first cycle off was about 45 days  I already think it's highly unlikely for me to O so early on CD16 this first cycle off BC, and now that I have this big temp drop, I think it's even less likely that it happened.  I believe that my temps are pretty accurate, as I've been careful about the stuff that messes you up (temp time, alcohol, etc.) and I have a good thermometer.  If anyone wants to chart stalk, I'd really appreciate it.

GTKY: Do you have a theme picked out for future little one's nursery?  I'm not much of a theme person.  My theme will probably be "baby." Or "adorable."  Or "Target.com."

R/R/CS: So here I am, waiting around for AF, that bitch. Temp drop this morning. Not past cover line like I had expected, but close. Have had some "spotting"...it's more just brown cm here and here. Some red yesterday. Not enough for a tampon (btw, has anyone seen those period panties that claim you don't even need to use a pad or tampon with? I nearly barfed.) I'm just so frustrated. All these BFNs, no AF, pregnancy announcements for days. Feeling down.

GTKY: Do you have a theme picked out for future little one's nursery? A lot of grays and whites. Maybe some stripes. Not really thinking about it much more than that until BFP.

@babymish - thanks, and ugh, yeah. They're pretty much all shorter LPs or BFPs (where they get their BFP earlier than CD15). *grumble*. Hopefully my irrational crankiness means I'll just get AF tomorrow.

@mali0902 - I'm glad your timing is good even if your O date is off. Ours definitely isn't because I was traveling without DH. Which might very well happen again next month. *bangs head on wall*. At least I have no travel without DH scheduled after that in the future. (Though I'll have to make one trip in Jan for sure.)

@MrsDho11 It was pretty miserable with less than three hours of sleep! But it was my first time serving jury duty so it was actually kind of exciting. I hope yours goes really well! And I'm sorry about your BFN. :-(

@LINDSEYRVA   Why do you have an open circle for today? If it is because you temped earlier than usual, that could be why it is so much lower.

@mali0902   I have seen the period underwear, or at least an ad for it. I don't know quite how it works, but I heard they work well. I use cloth pads, so I guess it wouldn't be that much different, but I feel like it would be weird to have to carry around the extra underwear and have to change it partway through the day...
