Red Blood Streaked Poop - EBF Baby

Hi All --

I just changed my little guy's diaper after his second explosive poop of the day and it had a few streaks of red blood. Have any of you experienced this?

In other discussions several EBF mommas stated that it could be due to milk allergies. Maybe cut out all dairy?
