Colic without crying?

Hello, happy thanksgiving everyone!
My LO will be 4 weeks on Sunday and he has every symptom of colic, extremely gassy, grunts and fusses, pushes, whines but does not cry ! I know with colic babies cry for hours straight but my baby doesn't do that. Could this be colic or something else ? Anyone else having this issue ?
