My EBF 10 week old has been sleeping 6-7 hours max at night & I just now started second guessing myself on allowing that. Mostly b/c my boobs are engorged by the time he wakes up. Should I wake him at least once? I don't want to do anything to hurt my supply.

I would let him sleep. Maybe get up and pump if you really need to, but your body will adjust naturally to what baby needs and when.

My pediatrician said as long as the baby's weight is ok they can sleep!
