Postpartum depression?

Here lately I've had days where I don't care about getting out of bed and doing anything or being around anybody. I get very moody and I have loss of appetite a lot too. I'm not always like this just off and on. I've read you can get ppd months after birth. I'm not sure if that's what's wrong but has anybody else dealt with this?

Has your cycle come back yet? If not it could be that trying to return. Hope you start feeling better.

@Pumpkin91407 yes it came back but all of sudden it's very irregular

Just go to your doctor. PPD can happen anytime within the first year.
