Anyone else with swollen fingers?

I expected this to happen but not until further in my pregnancy! I almost can't wear my engagement ring which bums me out. Besides drinking water what else can be done? I was thinking of having my ring sized up just a teeny bit but I'm not sure if that's such a good idea. Any recommendations?
