I do - though it was on a fresh cycle. We didn't see it until the morning check the day of the transfer...
I don't know if there's anything that you can do to thicken or remove the fluid. What I can tell you is that we cancelled that transfer and froze everything because the fluid would make it a hostile environment for the embryo. While I hope it just goes away on its own for you - you may want to brace yourself to skip and restart the cycle.
My understanding from my RE after was that unless you have a fibroid issue, it's kind of a random thing that doesn't happen often.
