Diarrhea and teething

My little guy has had diarrhea for a week now, but only once a day. He has no other symptoms, eating more than ever and very content. Not dehydrated or anything. He is pushing some teeth... Lots of them. I called the Dr yesterday and if it continues through the weekend I'll bring him in. Last night he had a fever of 101, now back down to normal. He has not had a fever until last night. Anyone experience anything similar w teething?

I think it's pretty common. They have extra drool and it comes out the other end. My aunt said that both her girls had diarrhea and rashes with every tooth they cut. I know that teething can cause a low grade fever, but 101 isn't low grade.
