So you used an app on your phone to listen to and then record your baby's heart rate? If I'm understanding that correctly then I don't even need to listen to it to tell you that it probably doesn't sound right. These apps don't actually work and there have been tons of reports and comments made saying they will pick up heart beats from inanimate objects.
Please do not use your app as anything other than for entertainment purposes and only rely on your doctor's office for real heart rate checks.
I would not trust an app on a phone to check the heartbeat. I listened and it sounds nothing like what your baby's heartbeat sounds like through a doppler at the doctors office. If you are concerned about your baby, please call your doctor or go to labor and delivery to get checked out.
"Sounds right?" What do you mean? If you have any concerns, I'd speak with a medical professional. However, a phone app is NOT equivalent to an actual doppler.
Some people shouldn't own a phone. I'm sorry, but IF you have to ask such a question, I suggest you call your doctor if you're concerned! A phone app is NOT a reliable source for fetal monitoring.
