Nope, I've definitely been showing for about a week now! I wasn't sure if my uterus had actually 'popped' up out of my pelvic bone or not, but it was confirmed today at an ultrasound. I had an us at 8 weeks, and she was so low next to my pelvic bone to see baby and then did transvaginal. Today (11w4d) she was just right below my bellybutton to see baby. It was nice to know this little pooch is actually because of baby
11weeks - and definitely struggling to hide the bloated belly.. Split my work skirt today (weighed myself tonight = 4 kilo weight gain in my first trimester! Agh!!)
I'm 9wks tomorrow...not showing, but look like I finished a whole keg on my own. I feel like I've got the gut of a big man, lol. I'm looking forward to the day when I can actually say I'm showing, rather than just looking a bloated, fat mess!
I'm 10wk+0days today and when I went to get dressed for work I tried my jeans with the rubber band trick and it didn't work! 0.o about 4 days ago I saw a distinct difference where when I wake up I've already got a curve. By evening it's massive, so there's still a good amount of bloat adding in its two cents but def baby's up there. it was high at my last scan and I'm normally a size 0 so I'm not surprised. LO has no place to go! My next visit is Tuesday so I'm excited to see where exactly it's positioned. Such a fun time!
We are at the exact same age. Going in today at 11w4d. God willing the baby is ok, but yes, my tummy --which I thought was just a blump, is distending and gets worse over the course of the day. I would hope to know it's not all blubber, which it wiggles like. So gross. I always had a belly but seriously?? :P
Not showing, really, but full blown blump is in effect, so... Leggings!! I'm living in leggings right now and anyplace that seems like leggings might not be appropriate, I don't want to go there- hahaha!
I went and purchased two pairs of the Target maternity leggings, because I've heard they're some of the best. While the full panel is too big for my blump right now, people didn't lie, they are kind of amazing (and only $34!)! They are very soft, too.
Put on my wrap dress yesterday to give myself some extra room. After wrapping the belt, it looked like a full on maternity dress. You can see that I'm all middle and nothing else.
You know that awkward stage where other people can't tell whether you're pregnant or just getting chubby? Well I feel like the "other people" in my own body. I'm not used to having this much bloat. I'm a FTM, so I have no idea how to tell the difference between bloat or baby, so I will probably just continue saying I'm bloated until I give birth.
I'm a STM, 11+2, and I've been in maternity jeans since 7 weeks. Between the bloat, and now legit bump, none of my normal clothes are comfortable.
Also, it's getting to the point that I can't hide the belly! I had to tell the group of high school girls I coach, and they all said they already knew because I "looked pregnant." Fantastic.
9 weeks with 5th pregnancy. Doc confirmed last Friday that my ute was just above my pelvic bone. He said it's not surprising with the 5th pregnancy and 2 sets of twins. I will see him again on Wednesday so we'll see what he says then.
@scotten I teach high school and don't know how much longer I can keep it a secret from my kids. I feel like they know! Between the belly and my extra crankiness, I think I'll have to tell them after thanksgiving. I'm full on blump but noticing a shift in my belly under my current layer of pudge. Definitely needing to buy some maternity pants.
Ladies this is awesome, I have so many thoughts/questions.
-Where should I feel my uterus 'pop'? like, between my belly button and undies, where should that be happening?
- Irrational fear: My jeans still fit and button but should I be concerned about the pressure the button/zipper put on my tummy when I'm sitting at my desk all day>
I'm 10w6d and a FTM, and feeling blumpy! I imagined that my bump would start lower, at this point I just feel like I'm getting chubby even though the scale is being pretty nice to me.
been wearing maternity clothes since week 6 . and am now 8 weeks and 2 days today . defiently seeing a big change in my blump none of my pre pregnancy pants fit no more . just got some good comfy maternity bras last week thank god . this is our miracle baby.
I'm almost 10 weeks and my uterus is over my pubic bone.. I feel like I've been showing forever though. This bloat was amazingly noticeable this time around.
I'm only 8+4 and FTM so pretty sure mine's mostly bloat but it looks like the bloat has moved farther down the abdomen than usual and has the hard-ish feel of a racquetball. Saw a bunch of maternity stuff at Kohls will be on sale for black Friday (starting Monday) so will probably order a few things for the day I wake up and can't get my normal pants on. Oh, and the girls literally fell out of my shelf tank top last night (thankfully while at home). Shelf bras are a joke now.
I'm 11 weeks and 2 days and depending on what I wear you can see a little bump. I haven't put on any weight yet but I feel like I'm at the stage where people can't tell if I'm pregnant or have put on a few pounds lol

I would say you will know exactly when it happens. There won't be any guessing!

If you are comfortable, your baby is too. Don't worry. But do by all means keep yourself comfortable!

There is a lot of bloating going on and that happens from your chest to your groin in my experience. Your actual baby bump will start pretty low.
Exactly 12 weeks today. And no bump yet. But I'm a FTM and also a little on the plus side and I've actually lost 12 pounds this month from horrific MS. So I'm not really surprised that I'm not showing.
Nothing here yet. I've also lost almost 10 lbs and am a FTM so if anything, I look anti-pregnant if that's a thing. Hoping to hold off on a pop until after 14 weeks when we tell my extended family (in person), so far so good but we'll see...
I'm 12 weeks and wake up with a flat stomach every morning, by mid afternoon it's swollen to a 6 month size. Bloat mostly. The look on my husbands face every night when he comes home is priceless.
@tan&web for me it was when I woke up and my lower belly was round and hard=uterus slightly above pelvis and forward. In the morning I am flat from my ribs to just below my belly button then it curves and never goes away, like an upside down question mark.By evening the area above my belly button fills out and is much more noticeable=bloat.
I can't button my jeans and the hair tie trick didn't work this morning! DH was laughing at me. Most of my clothes are pretty fitted tho.
Definitely have a little bit of an actual bump going on. I'm not obviously pregnant to anyone who doesn't know but others can tell that my stomach looks bigger. I've noticed a few people at work side-eyeing my stomach so I'm sure they're wondering. I'm already the same size as I was at 16 weeks with dd. Not that I was huge at all with her but this is making me nervous for how massive I'm going to be this time.
January Siggy Challenge: Why I don't shop at Walmart
I'm a ftm so I know I'm not really supposed to be showing yet. I call it a blump. But I went to lunch with a few friends (one of whom knows I'm pregnant). She told me I had a baby bump and jokingly told me that everyone else was just gonna think I was getting fat. As soon as she said that I realized I no longer have any ability to suck in my stomach. Sad/happy at the same time!
9w+3d, no bump just bloat... Hahaha!!! But my husband noticed I'm losing weight and I don't get the morning sickness yet. My sister said she didn't get any neither when she got pregnant. I just have sore and painful boobs and can't stand the smell of mothballs (which I could before)...
