Sorry you are having such a hard time. This is completely normal btw. I have dropped at least 50 IQ points since getting pregnant! I now forget everything! I start sentences I can't finish and walk into rooms having completely forgotten why I am there! Don't be hard on yourself, forgetting a shift is totally understandable!. I now have to use the diary on my phone to remind myself of every little thing I need to do and write lots of lists! Sounds like you need to spend some time with people you love to have a little pick me up. Maybe go out for coffee and cake with a girlfriend, always cheers me up! Do you have anyone to support you and chat to?
  • I was depressed during my first pregnancy and never said anything because I thought that's just how pregnancy was. Make sure to tell your doctor because it dosent have to be that way! Talk to atleast one person about it, I did nothing for mine and I suffered from severe PPD. I'm not saying besting depressed now will cause that it most likely won't and I'm not trying to scare you. I just don't want anyone to have to go through what I did. Much love you too! And
Give yourself a break you've got a lot of hormones surging and your growing a life!! Were you super social before? I always liked to go to bars and drink a lot so I think the drastic lifestyle change was hard to get used to for me.
