Hey, @lizzief0422 - I am totally in the same boat (as I'm sure 90% of users are too). It's hard to push away the negative thoughts, especially with so much online about miscarriage. What really helped me is the "Reverse Probability" chart on here. Search up, "Chances of NOT having a miscarriage" on the search bar. Try to just take every day as it comes and be happy and glad that you're pregnant! xxx P.S. How far along are you right now?
Anyways, this question gets asked a lot. If you use the search function you'll see a lot of users with the same concerns. You gotta remember that you are pregnant today and everything is okay. Worrying about the possibilities will just stress you and baby out even more. It's not something you can control. Take it day by day and you'll breathe easier. That's what I did and I'm now almost 16 weeks with a healthy baby boy.
