I went back to work 3 weeks ago and I'm struggling with how ill ever exercise again. Before baby I was at the gym all the time, after baby I walked for 45 min almost daily until I went back to work. Now I'm really struggling with when I'll be able to work out. I work 10 hour days and with my commute I'm gone for 11 hours. When I'm home I don't want to leave LO for anything since I already have to leave her so much. I have been walking a little on my lunch break, but it's definitely not what I was doing before. How do other working moms find the time to workout? Do you workout with your babies? Please tell me your secrets
