Probiotic-just over the counter?

We have a chronic low grade case of nipple thrush and oral thrush in baby. I'm reading that some of you are taking probiotics for this, are they over the counter? If so, which ones have you had luck with? Thanks!

I'm using good belly probiotic drink and kombucha, I know the otc acidophilus is common and easy to find.
