scared. sono tomorrow

I am terrified girls. Logically i know things are going ok but i am so scared of not seeing a heartbeat tomorrow. I keep flashing back to two years ago when i had the ultrasound and how broken that made me. Please pray for me. I am a mess today. The sono is at 8:20am tomorrow then we meet with my ob after.
Luckily my mom can watch ds during the apt (at least until 11am when my dad has eye surgery) and of course dh will be with me.

Come on Sticky baby!!

  • I felt very anxious before my first u/s, too.  Prayers that you have a great visit tomorrow.  Try to relax and do something nice for yourself today.  Either way, worrying is going to do you No Good.  But I know how impossible it seems to just stop worrying.

  • My boyfriend and I were both super anxious. This is both our first so everyone keeps telling us horror stories about baf ultrasound visits. We both cried when our ob found the heart beat with the echo

  • GL! Hope you get to see your LO hb fluttering away and feel the magic. :)
  • Deep breaths! I was shaking in the waiting room, made worse by the tech being stuck behind a nasty accident and being 20 minutes late for the first appointment of the day. Remember that a majority of women will go on to have a healthy pregnancy, especially after a prior miscarriage. Best of luck this morning!
  • Good luck this morning. Many of us have been in those shoes before and we know how scary it is. It's wonderful you'll have both your mom and DH there to support you.
