Cruise with baby

Hi, I'm planning to take my 1 year old chris for a cruise next year. I have booked with Blount Small Ship Adventures for a river cruise through beautiful Lake Michigan. What all things should i pack for the baby. Can I take all formulas with me?. Do they allow to take medicines on board. I only got confirmation for the food and kids activities from them. Please help me.
