When's your first prenatal?

Mine is tomorrow and I'm getting pretty anxious since we are waiting until after it, sometime this week, to tell family. I expect it will all be good news tomorrow - I have no legitimate reason to think otherwise, but I'm just an anxious person. Hope they go well for all!

DH is on the phone with his mom now and she's pressuring us about other stuff which has been placed on the slow track now that we're expecting - but we want to wait just a few more days before spilling the beans and explaining how our priorities have shifted suddenly! It's getting tough!

This Thursday at 6+5. We've already told all the important people and then some, but I don't want to tell absolutely everyone until we confirm that there's a heartbeat and everything's okay. We have no discipline. I will be so nervous on Thursday- doesn't help that I made it for as late in the day as possible so H could make it, then he decided to take the day off anyway. We are telling my parents when we see them at Thanksgiving, but our appointment isn't until the week after. I don't love the idea of telling people before going to the doc, but it's the way it has to be if I want to tell them in person.

DH's parents have been pining for a grandchild for yeeeaaarrrssssss, so I can't wait to surprise them. My parents don't even know we've been trying for the past year so they're gonna be blown away.

First appointment with Dr is December 23rd at 10 wks. Ultrasound is day before thanksgiving at 6 weeks 3 days. We aren't telling anyone until christmas so it will be tough to keep the secret during thanksgiving, right after getting ultrasound!

I have a phone appointment with a nurse on December 4th and then I go in to see the midwife on December 8th. I'll be 8 weeks.

I am going in for bloodwork this week but don't have an ultrasound or Dr app until 12/8. We are telling family at Thanksgiving. I wish the app was before then but I would rather tell people than have then assume it since I won't be drinking!

My first appointment is on Dec 14th, and I believe I'll be exactly 8 weeks at that point. If all goes well, it'll give us a couple of weeks to plan a way to tell our immediate families for Christmas . I'm both excited and oh so nervous.

11/25 - I'll be 6w5d. My dr. usually orders an ultrasound between 10-12 weeks so right around Christmas (hopefully).

12/15 at just over 8 weeks. My office does the first visit at 8-10 weeks for low risk mamas.

12/3 will be my second appointment. I had a miscarriage on July at about 6 weeks and i found out i was pregnant again October 3! We're very excited and nervo

I have my first ultrasound scheduled for Thursday (I will be 5w2d) for dating, etc. because of my loss last cycle.
I don't even have an official first appointment scheduled yet, and I have no idea when it will be. I guess I will find out at my ultrasound.

After getting my BFP i scheduled it for Dec 4th but have had such bad MS that i called and got it rescheduled for tomorrow afternoon; i'll be exactly 7 weeks. i wont be getting an ultrasound unless i have to until 18-20 weeks; my insurance doesn't pay until after 14 weeks.

We just found out Thursday that we are pregnant. I am 5 weeks now. My first appt isnt booked until dec 9. We are going to see a midwife. Nervous that i have to wait so long. I have been reading like crazy so that i am educated but still will feel better when i see someone!

So at my first appointment today @5w4d, I got a flu shot, 9 vials of blood drawn (thankfully only 1 small needle, though!), 2 urine samples taken, a general exam and chit-chat time with the midwife. They scheduled me to come back in 2 weeks for the first ultrasound and 2 weeks after that for the next regular appointment. Exciting times here!

I have my first appt the day before Thanksgiving. Based on my lmp I'll be 6+3, but I had an IUD so who knows what I actually am. Last Tuesday we saw a little sac, so hopefully we see a heartbeat next week.

My first ultra sound is Friday the 27th. I literally cannot wait for so many reasons. My husband and I had been ttc for over a year. There has been a lot of work drama, and recently drama with a few people I was very close with. I'm really looking forward to knowing this baby is safe and healthy, so that I can be excited and not just nervous, focus on my baby. It's hard to be excited when I'm so worried about the baby being healthy.

My first appointment will be December 7th. I will be just short of 9 weeks. I won't be able to meet with my regular OBGYN as she will still be on maternity leave but she comes back from leave the middle of December so I will see her from the 2nd appointment on. It's kind of nice knowing I will have a Dr. Who just went through everything I will be going through.

My first appointment and ultrasound is December 11th (which happens to be my birthday, lol).  I will be 9 weeks 3 days by then.  Generally they like to see you around 8 weeks, but I guess my OBGYN is booked until then.  I know I'm going to be anxious until the day rolls around, but I'm going to try my best to just chill and not worry.

Finally set my appointment for this Thursday! I will be 7w6d. I think it is just a urine sample and blood sample. No ultrasound or anything yet.

12/11 at 7w1d. They'll do a transvaginal ultrasound for dating purposes and to make sure everything looks good! I assume they'll also do the usual urine and blood samples, too.

December 14 at 7+4.  We've told our parents and my sister, but we're waiting to go public until December 14th when we make sure that everything is okay so far.
