Trying to get things going. Need advice

My daughter will be 2 in a few weeks. She definitely shows interest in the potty, she knows what it's for and all of that. For the last several months I had her sit on the potty every now and then, if she said she wanted to. At 19 months she even went a few times before her bath at night, but all the sudden she stopped going, she'd just sit there and then be done. For the last 3 days I've had her in pull ups while we're at home and I've been taking her to the potty every half hour or so (she gets all excited that it's potty time). Problem is, she still won't go, just sits there. I tell her she'll get an m&m if she goes, and a sticker, but that's not working. How can I get her to go? Or is she not ready? Should I keep this up for another few days and see what happens, or take a break? I don't want to confuse her.

If you are being casual about it and she's not fighting it then I say keep it going but keep it casual. No pressure. If she starts getting upset by it then I'd back off a bit.

Follow her lead. Forcing her can lead to regression or taking longer than necessary. You shouldn't have to reward or bribe to use the potty. You have plenty of time. Let her come to you. When she asks and/or shows interest then put her on the pot.
