  • I started at 145lbs pre-pregnancy (I overindulged this summer) and I'm 5ft and built like a Kardashian. I'm 13 wks now and dropped to 137lbs. I spent most of the 1st try not being able to eat anything except crackers and fruit, as all proteins made me nauseous & dry heave. I am doing protein shakes and am starting to get my appetite back however no rich food because I haven't been eating much for the last 12 weeks and it goes right through me (tmi).

    I'm a fitness and dance instructor so I'm trying to keep my eating choices fairly healthy. I do love the occasional ice cream sundae and bowl of cereal though :smile:
