Lower abdominal pains with twins at 30 weeks

All last night I've been getting lower abdominal pains very uncomfortable not got much sleep and had my support pillow. My girls were still moving around in me though I just want to know if it could just be stretching or if it's signs of early labour ?
And what should I do ? X
